In many competitive card games, drawing cards gains access to additional choices of play. This is often considered one of the fundamental aspects in becoming a better player. However, the drawing mechanic needs to be considered in its full context. The designers of Hearthstone have two major imposed limits to the card drawing mechanic; maximum hand size and fatigue.
