When looking for a deck to use, whether for laddering or just for fun, there are two main routes you can take. First, you can “net-deck,” or copy a deck that someone else has created from the internet.

This was a really good article, especially for us that like to experiment with making new decks. I would like to add one small comment that I usually consider when designing new decks.
The topic is consistency. If you only have one card/combo that you really rely on, you need to have something to make sure that there is a good chance to get that card/combo in most of your games or else you should not use it. There are two ways to manage this. One way is to use cycle draw cards like Mana Tide Totem, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Divine Favor, Battle Rage, Cult Master, Acolyte of Pain and so on. Basically all draw cards or combination of draw cards will help you with this. The other way is to manage to stall the game for as long as needed in order to draw that card. I like to think of it as how do I get my combo/card when I need it, and build around that.
