Is there any way, before paying, to contact a coach for specific query’s one might have before deciding which coach to choose?

I also noticed that on the checkout page, I would have to pay $50 but the coaches rate was $75. Does this mean i have to pay $50 to ihearthu.com and then an additional $75 per hour to the coach ?
