[Stream] Support a new streamer!

Hey Team! I am stormy! I started streaming 2 weeks ago and things have been going really well. I made rank 3 last season but ran out of time to make legend. I am currently running an awesome variation on Handlock called “NOBODY EXPECTS THE ESSENCE MAGIC!” Which must be shouted at all times.
