the chance of being a dead card on the ladder is just too high to get over his mediocre stats.

i can imagine as a side deck card for tournaments hes really good, but on the ladder the variety of opponents you get just makes ooze the better option since you at least get a solid 2 drop for it instead of using a 5 drop slot you couldve putten something useful in

I believe it’ll become a much better card in the near future. They’ll probably come up with Wands and Staffs as mage/warlock/priest weapons and then you’ll be able to take much more advantage of cards like him and Ooze. Not to mention that maybe we’ll see Death Knights and Monks, and these are definitely “weapon” classes.

I personally doubt that we’ll see any more classes added to the game at all. Classes are fairly well balanced at the moment, I think they are just going to focus on adding more cards in general instead. Classes were just a basement on which their business model could stand, while cards make it possible. More cards = more appeal to use real money on them. They wouldn’t benefit from adding more classes, also there are enough already, adding more I feel would be catastrophic, because already - you must learn how to play vs 9 different classes (including the one you play aswell). If few more would be added, game would become even more random and even harder (Out of control).
