New Curse of Naxxramas Mage Card

The newest card in the long line of teases for the upcoming Hearthstone expansion, Curse of Naxxramas, has just been revealed.

This time, they offer a new secret for the mage that promises an abundance of card value, no matter how it’s played. Duplicate promises three minions for the price of one (and the cost of the secret, and each minion’s mana cost), but it seems to synergize nicely with the aggro mage’s card starved, fast aggression style. It may even propel Kirin Tor Mage back into relevance in constructed, with the hope that you can get three 4/3 minions out for zero mana spent on any of them. While the card is perhaps too unwieldy, and uncertain in arena, it will at least add one more card to the list that your opponent has to check when triggering Mage’s abundance of secrets.

An official release date for Hearthstone’s first major content patch has still yet to materialize.
