I feel like the on-card RNG effects actually are a way to even out the RNG related to card draw. You need both kinds of randomness to balance the game. I think the most likely change to happen would be to have it fire at the start of your turn instead of the end.

Many great points are being made, but I think one of the reasons the cards are NOT game breaking is precisely BECAUSE everyone is using them. It isn’t just the one Tink roll that wins or loses the game because EACH player gets a Tink roll. Same with Pagle. Both players can gain or lose advantage from the RNG on both cards.

One thing that struck me as I listened to the podcast was the comment Artosis made that matches are decided by who gets more draws from Nat Pagle and who gets the Devilsaur rather than the squirrel.
