Also, I wanted to add something:
I know in my personal games (I have only just recently started tracking stats - so small sample size yada yada) that my win percentage is significantly higher going second than first. I feel that as players learn how to use the coin to its full potential we may start seeing just how powerful it can be.

My only beef with the coin is that it is a spell and card in your hand. If those 2 attributes are required to make the coin the “solution” to second player having an even chance than that would imply that cards that abuse the fact that the coin is a spell and card are required in order to receive that second player advantage. Thanks for the advice, guys. I just got my first 9 win streak! For the record, and apparently the priest I was losing to didn’t know this: if you have an auchenai soul priest on the board and drop alexstraza and attempt to heal yourself, it will do 15 damage. Would love to have seen the look on his face.

I have no idea how the blizzard lists are calculated, but I was really surprised I didn’t make it to the last one as I have been farming many of the players who did make it.

I mean this as lovingly as possible: glad I didn’t spend 40 bucks. Another card that benefits your opponent as much as you - but at the same time I’m glad it isn’t a “pay to win” card either. I’m sure a lot of people will love it

The ranking system is modified ELO as far as we know so far. It factors in the amount of games you have played (to slow rank progression) and also has what I like to call a “confidence variable” that essentially says how confident Blizzard is in your rank and determines the volatility of your rank given a win or loss.

I think the biggest mistake here is passing shadow word pain on #11 and #12. You picked Ooze and Mind Control. In my opinion SW:P is the most important card of all for priest since there is no way to avoid getting awesome late game anyway. SW:P is incredible tempo and allows surviving early game.

You do know in starcraft (and almost every other game ever made) there is a way to squelch or mute your opponent or people you find annoying?
