I’ve been dieing to play Miracle rogue ever since its inception. Something about drawing so many cards and having answers but no minions for board control appealed to me so much. I finally have the cards I need from scrounging up dust to make a decent variation of the deck.

I just would like other people’s thoughts on the status of miracle rogue now that Naxx is well under way.

Is it dead? Did cards like Loatheb kill it?

I cannot personally get past rank 16 for a few days now. I’ve been playing for hours each day, and aggro decks and even some druid and paladin control decks have been a real nuisance. If I dont get auctioneer within a reasonable amount of time, I’m dead.

I’ll upload an image of the variation I’m using. I know how to use it decently well. I know there’s no Vancleef, but I do what I can without like Taz Dingo. I’ve watched many, many streams on the use of this deck.

Miracle rogue was also my first ‘proper’ deck after I could afford to craft prep. and I still love playing it, though Im toying around with Tempo Rogue at the moment.

The variation I run uses only 1 cold blood as usually that’s enough. also have two loot hoarders - they are very helpful in the early game to control the board whilst netting you cards… try subbing them in for sinister strike and taz-dingo. not sure why youre running loatheb - I have an assassin’s blade which is helpful to clear or to go for face - its won me some games putting them into lethal range

bottom line: miracle rogue is a tough deck to play, and with the meta in flux for (at least) the next several weeks its difficult to say where it will be when the dust settles. but try my suggestions, it seems to work for me - currently at about 68% win rate on ranked

Youre right, there are things in the deck itself I should change. I did a little more research and decided Loatheb was perhaps not the best card, especially with the amount of aggro there is now. I’ve seen Reynad use it, so I thought it might a be a good choice for me. Here is an updated version of the deck.

I prefer my deck without assassin’s blade. It’s too slow, and compromising to aggro decks.
I’ll put in Vancleef for the other Farseer when I can.
