This week we’ll be taking a look at the Warrior class. Warriors in Hearthstone use a combination of weapons, high amounts of armor, and various minions to defeat their opponents through brute force. Although it doesn’t offer as much “out of the box” power as Hunter, our basic warrior deck still has some strong card synergy and possesses the same aggressive feel that made Warriors a lot of fun to play in World of Warcraft. I’ve played an MMO Warrior for 8 years so I’ve got high hopes for the CCG version!

Throughout the history of CCGs there have been certain constructed deck styles or “archetypes” that have remained consistent. Today we’ll take a look at one of the most well known of these archetypes and how it relates to current popular decks that are being playing at the top level of the Hearthstone ranked ladder.

Mana Tide Totem , in my opinion, is one of the coolest cards in the game. While it may look pretty simple on the outside, there’s a whole world of choices on how and why and when to play it.
