Hey guys! The idea behind this article series is to outline some of the decks I’m currently playing at the highest level of the Hearthstone beta ladder!

The Shaman Control deck was my first love in Hearthstone and even though I've gone on to develop other decks and learn other heroes its hard for me to let go of playing Shaman for pure joy. It seemed the right time to revisit my original Shaman Control deck and update it.

This can be said about Rexxar The Hunter! Since the last patch, the biggest shift we saw in the Hearthstone meta game, other than Rogues going out of style, has been the rise of the OTK Hunter Deck. The term “OTK" was coined in collectible card games such as Yugioh and Magic: The Gathering where a player would stall out his opponent long enough to gather sufficient cards and mana to deliver a One Turn Kill.

Tinkmaster Overspark is one of those cards that’s often overlooked by many players, because of its “random” card text. Where it’s true that he is random to some degree there is a lot about the card that you can control and expect.
