Well, it didn’t take Hunter long at all to climb back near the top of the ladder. Hunter has proven to be incredibly resilient to nerfs.
Hearthstone Nerfs: Winners and Losers
Hello! As you’ve probably heard, Leeroy Jenkins and Starving Buzzard were both nerfed this past Monday. I don’t think the cards were actually overwhelmingly powerful, but they were overwhelmingly oppressive and overwhelmingly unfun to play against, so I’m glad they were nerfed.

Hunter...Hunter...Hunter!!! We are seeing it in Tournaments, dominating and it is the most played class on the ladder...sadface. The meta has stabilized and the ladder is starting to showcase a couple new classes. If you are not in love with Hunter, check out what is doing well this week!
DKMR Invitational #12 Recap
This week Root Xixo competes against DKMR Faramir in a BO5, with the winner playing against Dtwo in a BO7. In week 11 we saw Druids and Shaman taking center stage and beating down the hunters! The question this week is, will this continue or will the players respond by modifying their Hunter decks so that they can dominate again?
