Give a man a fish, and you’ve fed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you’ve fed him for life. This line of thought applies across the board to critical thinking skills. A lot of Hearthstone is heavy in context, so knowing what to do comes with practice, but greatly accelerating that learning curve is what private coaching is about. I help players to assess their strengths and weaknesses, and help your practice be more effective.

I help players to assess their strengths and weaknesses, and how to begin immediately plugging leaks in their game, and what to keep in mind in unfamiliar situations to help their practice be more effective, as well as to increase their win-rates. That’s what coaching is really all about.”

Testimonials

I have found that ThatsAdmirable is a fantastic coach because he really cares about making you a better player. He structures the lessons according to your individual needs and is able to offer insight from his very high level play as well as teaching you to approach the game as he does. I can’t recommend highly enough.

-Frozen, went from Div. 5 to Legend

When I first started playing Hearthstone, it was very difficult. I had never played a card game before. I was constantly getting between 2-4 wins in Arena, and after two sessions with Admirable, I got my first 12 win Arena! He really focuses on teaching you how to learn, and not just on what to do — and he’s fun, to boot!

-Meghan, Hearthstone player who wanted to maximize her long-term value in Arena

I was frustrated after being stuck at 2-3 wins in arena and not being able to get further than rank 18 in constructed. After a couple of coaching sessions with Admirable (and practicing what I learned) I’m averaging 8-9 wins in arena and made it to rank 6 in constructed. Having someone explain the strategy behind building a deck while you’re drafting and then talking through each play over several games is by far the best way to learn. It was also the most I’ve laughed in years and way more fun than I expected. I’ll definitely be signing up for another session soon!
