Dignitas Acquires Hearthstone Team

Team-Dignitas have revealed their new Hearthstone team consisting of:

Nick ‘Cookmysock’ Li

Ex-League of Legends Challenger scene player for Dignitas’ UK team, decided to fully commit on playing hearthstone after being ranked top 10 in the beta and getting legendary in the current season.

Lewis ‘Blackout’ Spencer

Blackout got himself known in the scene by placing well in online tournaments as well as consistently getting legendary. Recently qualified for Blizzcon, he looks to prove himself further at LAN.

James ‘Greensheep’ Luo

Anyone high legendary on EU or NA will know James as he previously held the top spot on both ladders. After falling short at Dreamhack Summer in the BOYC loser bracket, having a fully committed org behind him might be just what he needs.

With all 3 of the players living in England, as well as joining one of the UK’s biggest organisations, this should help provide a voice for Britain in the Hearthstone scene and encourage other teams to support competitive play. This team is not just focusing on local play though, as ‘Greensheep’ said: “I hope to contribute in bringing Team Dignitas as much success in hearthstone as it has had in all its other games and hope along with my teammates to make Team Dignitas the best hearthstone team in the world.“
